Fairness Capability & Readiness Gap Analysis

What it does
You rate current and target maturity on a five-level scale for capabilities from the AI Maturity, AI Fairness, Responsible AI and Digital Trust catalogues. You get the gaps by priority, a recommendation per gap and a signed-off record.
Why it matters
This step compares the current system state against identified fairness risks, objectives, and policy requirements to determine whether material gaps exist. It acts as a formal decision gate, documenting whether deeper fairness analysis or intervention is justified and proportionate.
