    Module 4.4.1 · Phase 4 Enforcement · Step 4.4 Scrum Fairness OversightSupplemental

    Scrum Fairness Review

Is fairness reviewed where the team makes its decisions, sprint by sprint?

Checks whether fairness is reviewed at the moments agile teams make decisions, not once before release.

    An hourglass. Point at it.

    What it does

You assess each ceremony, from Sprint Planning and the Daily Standup to the Sprint Review and Retrospective, plus demonstrations and risk-based checkpoints, each with an audit signal and evidence. A maturity snapshot each sprint shows governance how the team progresses.

    Why it matters

This step integrates fairness considerations into agile delivery practices and Scrum ceremonies. It provides continuous signals on fairness maturity and ensures that fairness remains visible throughout iterative development cycles.
